Presented by the Portland Michigan Main Street Program, the 2nd annual Beerfest on the Bridge will be held on Portland's historic Veterans Memorial Bridge in downtown Portland. Built in 1890, this landmark is one of many bridges in the 'City of Two Rivers' creating an attractive and historic entrance into main street.
The beerfest will host to 12 Mi Breweries, 2 Cideries and 1 Winery. There will also be live music from We Three String and Don Middlebrookand the Pearl Divers – Trop Rock Music Association’s “Songwriter of the Year” “Album of the Year”
Caribbean, Jimmy Buffett style music, records with Doyle Grisolm and Greg “Fingers” Taylor from Buffett’s band and the Motor City Horns (Bob Seger’s horn section)
Don has been touring the country professionally since 1991, including four years with “Fingers.” They have opened for acts such as Meatloaf, Reba McEntire, Hall and Oats, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
